Scarlett Johansson Shares 'Best Way To Get Back In Shape' Post-Baby Dec 10, 2014 - 17:38

The actress, 30, makes her first post-baby interview appearance on the upcoming Barbara Walters annual "10 Most Fascinating People of 2014" special, where she appears to have her superhero shape back.

"[Breastfeeding is] the best way to get back in shape," the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" star, who married Romain Dauriac one month after giving birth to daughter Rose, explained. "[I do] the whole bit. I'm nursing and I love it."

Scarlett described motherhood as "wonderful…very, very magical [and] exhausting."

"The love is just unbelievable," she said on the special airing December 14 at 9PM ET on ABC. "It's very overwhelming."

The new mom also recently opened up to Style.com about her post-baby workout regime.

"It's just about trying to find time to go to the gym," she explained. "I do the same fitness routine as my big muscle-man trainer. A lot of it is endurance, stability, and strength training. I like to work up a sweat. I've tried Pilates and yoga and all that, and I like to dabble in different things, but I always come back to a good old-fashioned athletic, full-body workout."

Adding, "Once I get into a routine of going to the gym every day when I'm working, it's easy for me to just keep going. It makes me feel good. But once I start to slack, it's so hard to go back."
